Miro Admin Console

At Miro, I lead design in the Security & Administration area, focusing on the systems that allow large organizations to manage users, access, and governance across their workspaces. My work sits at the intersection of product design, enterprise security requirements, and operational workflows, helping transform complex administrative processes into clear and reliable interfaces for IT teams and administrators.

A central part of this work was the redesign of the Miro Admin Console, where I led the design effort across multiple teams. The project included a complete overhaul of the information architecture and navigation, as well as a visual refresh and responsive redesign. Grounded in six months of user research, the new console significantly improved usability for administrators managing large organizations and led to an 18-point increase in Admin CSAT after launch.

Beyond the console itself, I contributed to the design of several core enterprise capabilities, including role-based access control, multi-IdP SSO, security policies, user groups, and bulk user management tools. These features support thousands of enterprise organizations using Miro and form part of the broader platform that enables companies to operate securely and at scale.
