In 2020, after leaving Small Improvements, I joined 2 other former colleagues and started a company.

Dado is an Employee Experience Management Platform to run holistic employee-first experiences at scale and dramatically reduce admin time.

As co-founder and Head of Design, I participated in every aspect of the build up and growth of the company.

• Researched and designed the initial product
• Worked with the engineering co-founder on the initial MVP
• Gathered user feedback and user testing for every product iteration
• Designed the brand, website, and other marketing collaterals
• Ran sales, success and support calls with customers
